  • Mortgage Refinances: You can let your mortgage broker or mortgage specialist know you are using our office, and they will send over the instructions to us and we will contact you to gather the information we need based on those instructions and start your file.
  • Family Transfers: Whether you are adding a spouse, removing a former spouse, or considering adding a child to your property for estate planning, we can assist with analysing the best way to accomplish your plan. You can contact our office and book an appointment to discuss those plans.
  • Discharge of Mortgages: If you have paid out your mortgage or are going to pay it out, our office can assist with the payment and release of that mortgage charge. We ensure that the discharge is properly recorded, freeing the property from any mortgage obligations.
  • Subdivisions: If you are subdividing property or changing boundary lines with a bc land surveyor our office can assist with those applications.
  • Transmissions: When a joint tenant owner has died, our office can assist you with the transfer to the surviving owner. If you have obtained probate for an estate, you are the executor or administrator of, we can assist with transferring the property to the executor or administrator, and if required, to beneficiaries of the estate.
